Costume

When it comes to the costume designing, I have informed all of the girls that I wanted them in their normal clothes, wrapped up warm. However, since I have been researching more and more about the real girl band themselves, I have noticed how they are all very unique. Take for example this picture from their latest video 'My Heart Takes Over':

Notice how they are all very different in terms of style. I think this will be a key element when it comes to the end product of my music video, and also for the photo shoot for the DIGI pack. Fortunately for me, the girls I will be using all have very different senses of style, so I knew from the beginning that there wouldn't be trouble when it comes to the outfits they'll be wearing. On the day, I will also allow for half an hour make-up and hair styling before we beginning filming. As there is 5 girls, they can all help each other out when preparing for the video. I have no doubt that the girls will 'perform' to their best, and that I am very organised on the day.
